urban retreat - green tea, ginger, tulsi (holy basil)

Caffeine: Low

• Suggested: 2 gm per 200 ml teacup freshly boiled water
• Steeping time about 2-3 minutes
• For best results, cover while brewing

Best time of day: morning to late afternoon

• Store in a cool dry place
