Serene and invigorating

• Suggested: 1 teaspoon per 200 ml teacup freshly boiled water (90-95 degree C)
• Steeping time 2 minutes+
• If steeping a second time, brew for 3 minutes+
• For best results, cover while brewing
• You may sweeten it to taste, and add milk if desired

Best time of day: Morning to afternoon
