            Chef Saw grew up with his grandma's Burmese food, and he put his passion and talent to work in the kitchen at LA's iconic restaurants such as Rustic Canyon's Tallula's, Ysabel on Fairfax, West Hollywood, as Chef de partie at Thomas Keller's Bouchon in Beverly Hills, and at Joachim Splichal's Cafe Pinot. Chef Saw is now the Exective Chef and Partner at The Dutchess in Ojai. This Masala is a culmination of his passion, care, and heritage cooking.
