Jaggery

Jaggery is the first product that comes from boiling sugarcane juice. It retains micro nutrients and molasses, which gives it its distinct color and taste. Our style of jaggery makes it super convenient to use. Its a more labor intensive method that creates little nuggets. It is excellent in coffee and tea, and for baking, pancakes, and overnight oats.
